STEP 1:
Preparation of the article in accordance with the editing requirements.
STEP 2:
Supplementing and signing the license and a statement about co-authorship:

* Familiarization with the Ethics Rules in force in ZN OiZ PŁ.
STEP 3:
Sending the article with the license (scan) and the declat about co-authorship (if the article has more than one author – scan) to the e-mail address: anna.walaszczyk@p.lodz.pl. The title of the e-mail should include the text “Submission of the article_ZN OiZ” and the e-mail should include contact details for all the authors of the article (postal address, e-mail, telephone).
STAGE 4:
Decision by the Chief Editor of ZN OiZ (in cooperation with the Statistical Editor and Language Editor) on the qualification of the article for review within max. 2 weeks from sending it.
STEP 5:
Send the article to two reviewers. Review time max. 2 months. The review is carried out in the “double blind” mode.
STEP 6:
Informing the Author about the result of the review.
STEP 7:
Author’s sending of additions to the article resulting from reviews within max. 1 week from the date of receipt of information on the result of the review.
STEP 8:
The article was sent for publication in the Scientific Publisher of the Lodz University of Technology; the duration of the publishing procedure is about 1 month.
STEP 9:
Informing the Author by the editors about publication of the article and redirecting to the repository.
Other information:
1) Publication of articles in Journal of Management Challenges is free.
2) Articles edited contrary to the editing requirements will not be accepted for review.
3) Journal of Management Challenges are published in quarterly or half-yearly mode depending on the number of submitted articles.
4) Journal of Management Challenges is published in electronic form.
5) Each of the published articles has a DOI number (to be downloaded from: https://eczasopisma.p.lodz.pl/JMC).
