Abstract

The paper presents measurements of refractive index structure constant Cn in the region of air inflow in vicinity of non streamlined obstacle (a model of a building) placed on a flat surface. Examinations were conducted in aerodynamic tunnel which transverse dimensions were much bigger than the examined model. The applied narrow beam of laser light had elliptical cross-section. Computations of Cn parameter were based on the dancing spot model [1].
