Abstract
Identyfication of knitting process conditions has been performed on the base of knitting process computer model, during controlled robbing back of thread in the knitting zone on weft-knitting machines. The research was made for linear and non-linear cams with limited needle ascending height in the knitting zone for classical knitting technique as well as Relanit knitting technique. Experimental verification of research results has been made on measuring computer weftknitting machine, concerning threads loading in the knitting zone and sensitivity of knitted-in thread's length to initial tensions change. Construction parameters of optimal cams contours were defined for classical knitting zone and Relanit knitting zone.
