Abstract

There is a growing interest in intuition in the literature in a field of management in the context of decision making process. Most research concerning intuition focus on identification of managers who effectively use it or they are run from a psychological point of view. In the recent years one can observe more and more methodically complex efforts to answer the question about application of the intuition in management practice. The main goal of this paper is to present empirical research that have been conducted in the field of management and propose potential future research directions.
