Abstract

The article presents the results of research which relates to functioning of evaluation system of workers of warehouse in Logistic Distribution Center. Article verifies the existing anomalies that influence on reliability of functioning of the system of evaluation and shows how to eliminate the interferences. It demonstrates also a correlation between the evaluation system of workers and their motivation to improve their own efficiency.
