Managerial staff's approach to the realization of employee interests

Abstract

The paper discusses the importance that managerial staff attributes to employee interests. The empirical research that was carried out helped define the premises and scope of respecting these interests. The questions of monitoring them was addressed. When analyzing the realities of implementing the expectations, the financial condition of the organization was taken into consideration. It became the basis for developing a formula for respecting these expectations in terms of employee involvement and business results.
