Work safety management during the implementation of organizational and technical changes in the enterprise

Abstract

As Henry Ford once said, "Everything can always be done better than it is being done", and therefore the functioning and development of each enterprise is inextricably linked to the necessity of constant change. The article presents the results of research carried out on a sample of 20 companies aimed at assessing the current state in terms of maintaining safety rules during the implementation of organizational and technological changes. The research has been extended to the analysis of project documentation in order to verify whether it contains aspects related to work safety. Also, consulting companies supporting enterprises in the area of introducing changes were verified in terms of aspects related to work safety.
