How to Cite
Abstract
The article shows the role of human capital and potential in the bankruptcy proceedings. The main problems concering the personnel restructuring, employee’s departures and attendance influencing general efficiency were presented on the basis of the case of a selected company. Among the conclusions there are indicatiors of interdependance between the length of the proceedings, the value of human resources and the perspectives of company's survival.
